To all those who've been asking about Todd, TopBetta, Dallas and the Punters Show, there is now some news to share.
Glenn and Marc have bitten the bullet and taken Todd Buckingham, TopBetta, 12Follow and Dallas Baker to the Supreme Court of NSW.
The initial hearing was last Monday, where Todd and his legal team turned up to do battle with Marc and Glenn's legal team.
The case continues with Glenn and Marc heading into mediation with Dallas and Todd on December 12.

Hi Mark and Glenn, Just an observation on mediation, I have had a few and it took me a while to realise that the mediators don’t care who is right or who is wrong, they just want to mediate and want you to go away so that you don’t clog up the courts. Obviously I don’t know your grievance but I will bet its about one party trying to squeeze as much as they can and the other trying to reduce how much they are going to pay. ITS NOT ABOUT JUSTICE OR BEING RIGHT. There is no such a thing in my opinion. Stand strong and don’t weaken and you should do well. I will be thinking of you both. Good Luck and remember your lawyer is probably not your friend, they are the for the fee.

Don’t know any of the finer details of the “dismissal”, but there was a blessing in disguise in that Dallas Baker no longer appeared on camera. What ever the outcome please , if you go back into the ‘Punters Show" mode, make Dallas’s non appearance mandatory

Difficult to comment when you don’t have the whole story. However I support both Glenn & Marc. who seem reasonable guys (have met Glenn)
there current Show, the’ Racing Rant’ is a good replacement for the now defunct Punters Show. Go the ‘good guys’ Dan P.
